Credits Don’t Roll Over
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month. Credits reset on your billing renewal date.Credits are deducted for AI generations regardless of whether the project is exported or saved.
What Happens When Credits Run Out
- AI Creator — You can still generate videos, but they’ll be placed in a queue with up to a one-hour wait time
- AI Edit and other AI features — These are unavailable until credits refresh at the start of your next billing cycle, or until you upgrade your plan
How to Get More Credits
Individual credit top-ups are not available for standard plans. Your options are:- Upgrade your plan — Moving to the next plan level increases your monthly credit allotment
- View your current usage — Go to Account Settings to see how many credits you’ve used and how many remain
