If you’re unable to export or download your project, try the following steps in order.

1. Switch to cellular data

Swipe down to open Control Center and disable Wi-Fi completely. Try exporting using only your cellular connection.

2. Check your device storage

Make sure you have enough free storage on your device. A full device can prevent exports from completing.

3. Restart your device

Power your device off completely, then turn it back on and try exporting again.

4. Check Camera Roll permissions

On iPhone, Captions needs full access to your Camera Roll to save exported videos.
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Scroll down and tap Captions
  3. Tap Photos
  4. Select Full Access
If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact support with a description of the error and the steps you’ve already tried.
