Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not your Captions login method.
- Make sure the new device is signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
- Open Captions and tap Restore Subscription or Already Pro in the top right

Your subscription is tied to your Google account.
- Sign into the same Google account on your Android device
- Open Captions and sign in with any login method — your subscription will be automatically restored

Your subscription is tied to the login method you used at sign-up (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Email, or Phone Number).
- Open Captions on your new device
- Sign in with the exact same login method you used when you originally purchased
Not sure which login method you used? Go to Profile in the Captions app — it shows your current login method. You can also check your email for a purchase receipt from Apple, Google, or Stripe to identify which platform you purchased on.
