Plans & Pricing
To use Captions, you’ll need an active subscription. We’ve recently updated our offerings, and the Teams and Business plans are no longer available. The current subscription options are:
Available Plans
- Max – $24.99/month
Includes 500 credits and 2 total seats (1 admin + 1 additional seat).
- Scale – $69.99/month
Includes 1,400 credits and 3 total seats (1 admin + 2 additional seats).
- Scale 2x – $139.99/month
Includes 2,800 credits and 4 total seats (1 admin + 3 additional seats).
- Scale 4x – $279.99/month
Includes 5,600 credits and 5 total seats (1 admin + 4 additional seats).
Existing Customers on Legacy Plans
If you’re currently on the Teams or Business plan:
- You can now add additional seats without the previous $40/seat cost.
- You are also eligible to purchase top-up credits if you need extra usage.
Enterprise Customers
Customers interested in an Enterprise Plan should contact our Sales team.
Our Enterprise Plans offers commerical terms, priority onboarding and training sessions, discounted seats, white glove support and more!
Cancel Subscription
Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis. Customers looking to cancel can do so under Setttings in their Account by selecting Billing > Manage Plan > Cancel Subscription.
Refund Policy
Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from using Captions as intended, please contact Support and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.Last modified on January 27, 2026
